I have been in love with books since about the age of 12. I spent a summer grounded to my yard for some end-of-the-school-year antics and found a romance novel of my mother’s. It was probably the best summer I could have had. Since I couldn’t hang out with friends, I lost myself in the Wild West, Regency England, and many other worlds.

As life often does, family and children took up my free time, and reading less so. During the pandemic, I rekindled (no pun intended) my love of stories and the far-away worlds once again.

Now that my kids are grown, I found a new love in the book world. Creating graphics, designing book covers, and doing PA work. Interacting with authors, fans and other PAs is very fulfilling for me. Being a Virgo and having an affinity for wanting to help people, not to mention I’m an organization nut, it was a natural transition into that side of the community.

I have learned so much, made a few wonderful friends along the way, and still get to read my books. Who could ask for more!?
